Please note that we do not provide returns or refunds once an order has been delivered.
However, in case you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- An incorrect product
Important Conditions
- Customers must contact SIRAVYA within 24 hours of delivery regarding any issue with the order.
- A complete unboxing video from the beginning is mandatory for verification purposes.
- Clear images of the product along with the order number must also be shared while reporting the issue.
Requests without a proper unboxing video may not be considered.
Exchange Eligibility
If the issue is verified by our team, an exchange may be provided depending on product availability.
To be eligible:
- The product must be unused and unwashed
- Original tags and packaging should be intact
- The item must be in its original condition
SIRAVYA reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet the above conditions.
Colour & Minor Variations
Slight colour variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings and shall not be considered as defects.
